Ingredients

- 4 1/2 cups peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 lb lamb, cut in small pieces
- 6 cups celery, chopped
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 brown meat in butter/margarine.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 cover and simmer 45 minutes.
