Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Total Time: 3 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2 cup) bag hash browns, refrigerated
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 10 -12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 scramble the eggs with milk.
  • 2 layer hash browns, sausage and cheese.
  • 3 pour eggs over it.
  • 4 set crockpot on low and cook 3 hours. ( the person posting noted "you know it is done when the eggs are firm and the cheese is crispy around the edges.").
