Chinese Crockpot Lamb Ribs

Total Time: 10 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 lbs lamb ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade or 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 crushed garlic clove (or more)

Recipe

  • 1 combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic.
  • 2 brush all over the ribs.
  • 3 place in a crockpot and pour remaining sauce over all.
  • 4 cover and cook on low at least 10 hours. note: cooking for 12 hours the meat falls off the bones.
