Gigi's Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups creamy coleslaw
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans chunk canned chicken, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup crunchy chow mein noodles

Recipe

  • 1 combine coleslaw, chicken, pineapple, ginger together.
  • 2 arrange lettuce leaves on individual plates.
  • 3 spoon mixture over lettuce.
  • 4 sprinkle each with chow mein noodles.
