Frikadellar

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, dried
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pinches thyme
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and thyme.
  • 2 let rest 1/2 hour.
  • 3 make meatballs.
  • 4 dust with flour; save flour.
  • 5 brown in oil.
  • 6 add remaining flour and cream.
  • 7 cook together until gravy forms.
  • 8 serve over parslied potatoes.
