Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon minced watercress
- 2 pieces freshly made toast
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter. warm shallots until transparent. add crab meat. stir until heated through. add dill and water cress. stir and serve on toast.
