Crab Saute

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon minced watercress
  • 2 pieces freshly made toast

Recipe

  • 1 melt the butter. warm shallots until transparent. add crab meat. stir until heated through. add dill and water cress. stir and serve on toast.
