Ingredients

- 1/2 lb round steaks (3/4-inch thick) or 1/2 lb swiss steak (3/4-inch thick)
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Recipe
- 1 cut round steak in half and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 place onion slices in crock-ette.
- 3 place meat on top of onion.
- 4 pour tomato sauce over all.
- 5 cover and cook 8 to 10 hours.
