Gigi's Jelled Tuna Salad

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (6 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 (6 ounce) canned tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup celery, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • 2 add cold water and refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  • 3 blend in mayonnaise and fold in tuna and celery.
  • 4 if desired, transfer into individual molds.
  • 5 chill until firm, approximately 3 hours.
