Chili Balls

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup rice, uncooked
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 1/2 cups tomatoes, canned
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onions, grated
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 mix meat add egg milk
  • 2 add rice
  • 3 salt.
  • 4 and 1 t chili powder and grated onion and garlic.
  • 5 form 1 1/2 inch meatballs.

  • 7 combine 1 t chili powder tomatoes water 1/2 c chopped onion
