Chili Balls

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 1/2 cups tomatoes, canned
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, grated
- 2 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 mix meat add egg milk
- 2 add rice
- 3 salt.
- 4 and 1 t chili powder and grated onion and garlic.
- 5 form 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
- 6 in stockpot
- 7 combine 1 t chili powder tomatoes water 1/2 c chopped onion
- 8 bring to a boil
- 9 drop meat balls into boiling stock
- 10 cover simmer 1 1/2 hours.
