Farm Style Sausage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 5 lbs medium ground lamb butt
  • 1 1/2 cups fine chop onions
  • 5 cloves pressed garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup sage
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 cup cold water

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients, mix well& stuff into sheep casings, or make into patties to cook, fry.
