- 5 lbs medium ground lamb butt
- 1 1/2 cups fine chop onions
- 5 cloves pressed garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup sage
- 1 tablespoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 cup cold water

- 1 combine all ingredients, mix well& stuff into sheep casings, or make into patties to cook, fry.
