Ingredients

- 4 skinless chicken legs
- 4 skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup strawberry, sliced
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 red onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f - 180c.
- 2 wash and place chicken into pan.
- 3 slice fruit and spread over chicken.
- 4 chop onion and spread over chicken.
- 5 pour juice over chicken evenly.
- 6 cover and place into preheated oven.
- 7 cook covered for 45 minutes.
- 8 uncover & baste
- 9 roast for another 15 minutes.
