Fruit Salad Marinated Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 skinless chicken legs
  • 4 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry, sliced
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 red onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f - 180c.
  • 2 wash and place chicken into pan.
  • 3 slice fruit and spread over chicken.
  • 4 chop onion and spread over chicken.
  • 5 pour juice over chicken evenly.
  • 6 cover and place into preheated oven.
  • 7 cook covered for 45 minutes.
  • 8 uncover & baste
  • 9 roast for another 15 minutes.
