- 2 lbs whale meat
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon peppercorn
- 1 cup salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine the oil, vinegar, peppercorns, salt, garlic and onion.
- 2 cut the whale into cubes or slices.
- 3 marinate in the marinade for 2-3 hours.
- 4 cover and place in a 300 deg f oven for 1 hour.
