Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons garlic
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 1 can spicy chili bean
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (28 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- salt & pepper (about 1 tsp. each)
Recipe
- 1 brown ground meat in a large pot.
- 2 add onion, garlic, and green pepper.
- 3 cook until soft.
- 4 add all tomato sauces.
- 5 add chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- 6 cook at a slow simmer for about 45 minutes.
- 7 add all beans and cook about another 15 minutes.
