Ingredients
- 1 (6 -8 lb) ham
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 5 cloves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 lightly score the surface of the ham using a sharp knife and place in baking pan on a rack.
- 3 stir together the mustard and maple syrup and coat ham with the mixture.
- 4 press the cloves randomly over the ham.
- 5 bake for 1 hour or cooking time required for your ham.
