Frank's Beer Stew

Total Time: 3 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 lbs stew meat
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 roll the stew meat in flour and then brown in oil.
  • 2 seasoned flour may be used.
  • 3 put meat in pot with soup mix.
  • 4 add half the recommended amount of water (on the soup mix box).
  • 5 add beer.
  • 6 cook for 2 hours 45 minutes hours at 300 degrees f.
  • 7 stir in the vinegar and cook uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
