Ingredients

- 3 lbs stew meat
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can beer
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Recipe
- 1 roll the stew meat in flour and then brown in oil.
- 2 seasoned flour may be used.
- 3 put meat in pot with soup mix.
- 4 add half the recommended amount of water (on the soup mix box).
- 5 add beer.
- 6 cook for 2 hours 45 minutes hours at 300 degrees f.
- 7 stir in the vinegar and cook uncovered for 15 minutes longer.
