Citrus-marinated Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
Recipe
- 1 in a shallow glass baking dish, stir together all ingredients except lamb. add tenderloins; turn to coat all sides. cover and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
- 2 heat grill, remove lamb from marinade and discard leftover marinade. place lamb on a gas grill over medium heat or on a charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches over medium coals, cover grill.
- 3 grill 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once. remove lamb from grill. cvoer loosely with foil; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
