- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients together, pour over 1 pound of steak and marinade for at least 3 hours, turning each hour.
- 2 grill over med-high about 6 minutes per side.
