Easy Ham, And Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

- 6 ounces egg noodles, wide
- 4 1/2 teaspoons flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard, dry
- 1/4 teaspoon sage, dried,and crumbled
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 6 ounces ham, reduced fat
- 1 cup peas, frozen,thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 tablespoons croutons, fat free,crushed
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 cook the noodles using the directions on the package, omitting the salt.
- 3 in a medium-size bowl combine the flour, mustard, sage, nutmeg, and pepper; slowly whisk in the milk and set aside.
- 4 combine cooked, and drained noodles with the ham and peas.
- 5 add the milk mixture and stir well.
- 6 spoon into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with the crutons.
- 7 cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- 8 remove the foil and bake 10 minutes longer until bubbly and lightly browned.
