Garlic Spareribs Or Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs lamb spareribs or 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup or 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 slice fresh ginger, minced
  • sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cut spareribs into individual ribs. cut wings in half.
  • 2 half fill a large saucepan with water. add vinegar and salt. bring to a boil.
  • 3 add the ribs or wings and simmer for 30 minutes. drain.
