Garlic Spareribs Or Chicken Wings

Ingredients

- 2 lbs lamb spareribs or 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup or 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 slice fresh ginger, minced
- sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cut spareribs into individual ribs. cut wings in half.
- 2 half fill a large saucepan with water. add vinegar and salt. bring to a boil.
