Finger Lickin Appetizer Ribs From The Crock Pot

Total Time: 6 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 -4 lbs baby back lamb ribs cut into individual ribs
  • water
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 8 ounces russian salad dressing
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice

Recipe

  • 1 trim fat from ribs and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 place ribs in crock pot and add water (just enough to cover).
  • 3 cook on low heat 6 to 7 hours or until tender, drain.
  • 4 place cooked ribs on broiler pan and sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • 5 brush ribs with 1/2 the sauce and broil until brown.
  • 6 turn ribs and brush with remaining sauce and broil until brown.
  • 7 sauce: combine russian dressing and pineapple juice and mix well.
