- 1 3/4 cups chopped cooked ham
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 3 pita pocket bread, halved
- lettuce leaf
Recipe
- 1 in medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the bread and lettuce; mix well.
- 2 cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
- 3 fill each pita pocket with about 1/2 cup of mixture and garnish with lettuce.
