- 2 lbs chipped ham
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 set ham aside.
- 2 simmer all ingredients in a heavy bottomed sauce pan about 15 minutes.
- 3 add the chipped ham and simmer 15 minutes more.
- 4 stir often.
