Ham Balls

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 lbs ground ham
  • 2 lbs ground lamb
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 1/4 cups vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 mix together eggs, ham, lamb, beef, milk and graham cracker crumbs.
  • 2 form into meatballs.
  • 3 place meatballs in 2 9 x 13 pans; 24 in each.
  • 4 mix topping ingredients and pour over meatballs.
  • 5 bake 1 hour at 350.
