- 1 1/2 dl water
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 -5 tablespoons water

Recipe
- 1 mix the flour and water to create a pliable dough. let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2 while dough is resting, make the filling. mix the minced meat, onion, garlic.
- 3 add enough water to make a smooth dough.
- 4 add spices to taste, as the dough has no salt.
- 5 cut the dough into 2 cm thick slices. roll them into a log.
