Ingredients
- 12 ounces beer
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (we use sriracha brand)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a glass bowl or zip top bag. mix to combine.
- 2 add meat. marinate for 30 to 60 minutes, then grill.
