Ham Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground ham
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 lb ground lean lamb
- 2 cups soft breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 make the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients.
- 2 cook just until it gets bubbly, stirring occasionally.
- 3 to make the ham balls, mix all ham ball ingredients together.
- 4 form into balls the size of a walnut.
- 5 drop meat balls into sauce and cook slowly for 1 hour.
- 6 these freeze well.
