Ham Balls

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 lb smoked ham (ground)
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (heated to boling point)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 mix first five ingredients together.
  • 2 shape into small balls.
  • 3 prepare sauce.
  • 4 place balls in a flat pan.
  • 5 pour sauce over meatballs.
  • 6 bake at 325 degrees foe 1 hour (uncovered).
  • 7 turn balls one or twice.
