Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 lb smoked ham (ground)
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (heated to boling point)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 mix first five ingredients together.
- 2 shape into small balls.
- 3 prepare sauce.
- 4 place balls in a flat pan.
- 5 pour sauce over meatballs.
- 6 bake at 325 degrees foe 1 hour (uncovered).
- 7 turn balls one or twice.
