- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons ground fresh garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients together until smooth; pour over wings. marinate for 2 hours.
- 2 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 3 cook 30 minutes or until tender.
