Ingredients
- 1 lb ground ham
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Recipe
- 1 crush cornflakes and mix together with ham and lamb.
- 2 add milk and eggs.
- 3 pat into loaf pan.
- 4 mix together sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
- 5 pour over loaf.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with pan juices.
