- 2 lamb tenderloin
- soy sauce
- worcestershire sauce
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place tenderloins in a freezer bag with equal parts soy sauce and worcestershire sauce.
- 2 marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
- 3 remove and add pepper.
- 4 cook on the grill until done and then let it rest.
- 5 slice into medallions and serve over seasoned rice.
- 6 great with asparagus and baked potato.
