Emeals Vegetarian Avocado Rounds

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 pita bread rounds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced thin
- alfalfa sprout
- 3 avocados, pitted, seeded and sliced thin
- salt
- pepper
- 8 slices cooked imitation bacon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 split pitas to make 2 round crusts each.
- 2 combine mayonnaise, hot sauce and cumin.
- 3 spread on pita rounds.
- 4 top with cheddar cheese.
- 5 place under a broiler on the middle rack and toast until cheese melts.
- 6 top each round with tomato slices, alfalfa sprouts and sliced avocado.
- 7 season with salt and pepper.
- 8 if desired coursely chop meatless bacon and spread on top.
