Ham Balls

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 lb precooked processed ground ham
  • 2 cups crushed butter-flavored cracker crumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the meat ball ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  • 2 shape meat mixture into walnut size meat balls.
  • 3 mix all the sauce ingredients in medium size mixing bowl.
  • 4 place the meat balls side by side in a 9x13 glass or metal cake pan.
  • 5 do not cover with foil.
  • 6 pour all the sauce over the meat balls.
  • 7 bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • 8 serve over pinneapple slices or put just meatballs in a low temperature crockpot to keep warm until serving.
