Ham Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb precooked processed ground ham
- 2 cups crushed butter-flavored cracker crumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix all the meat ball ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- 2 shape meat mixture into walnut size meat balls.
- 3 mix all the sauce ingredients in medium size mixing bowl.
- 4 place the meat balls side by side in a 9x13 glass or metal cake pan.
- 5 do not cover with foil.
- 6 pour all the sauce over the meat balls.
- 7 bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- 8 serve over pinneapple slices or put just meatballs in a low temperature crockpot to keep warm until serving.
