Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs lean lamb, cut in strips
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 5 -6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 lb roasted cashews
Recipe
- 1 brush the lamb with soy sauce. let stand 10 minutes. add oil, garlic, and lamb to crock pot.
- 2 top with brown sugar.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 4 to 7 hours, on high 2 to 3 hours.
- 4 add cashews 30 minutes before serving.
