Crock Pot Ham & Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 2 -4 sweet potatoes, with peel on
• 1 1/2 lbs boneless ham
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

• 1 place sweet potatoes in crock pot, and put ham on top.
• 2 combine brown sugar and mustard, and spread on ham.
• 3 cover & cook on low setting 8-10 hours.
