Ingredients
- 4 lbs beef roast
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 (10 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- coleslaw (optional)
Recipe
- 1 pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in the crockpot.
- 2 add beef.
- 3 cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours).
- 4 once cooked, pour off the vinegar, and shred the beef.
- 5 add bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm, about 15 minutes.
- 6 serve on buns with cole slaw.
