Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 store in tightly covered container or freezer if not used immediately.
- 3 makes about 3 cups.
