Creamed Beef On Toast...( Sos )

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 -1 1/2 lb ground beef
• 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
• 3 -4 tablespoons self rising flour or 3 -4 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 quart milk
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 fry meat until done an drain.
• 2 melt butter in same pan add flour to make a paste add milk and stir until smooth.
• 3 heat slowly until thickens stirring often.
• 4 add drained meat,sugar,salt and pepper.
• 5 continue stirring until hot.
• 6 serve over toast.
