Cream Soda Wild Boar Ham

Total Time: 2 hrs 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 -7 lbs smoked wild boar ham
  • 2 cups a&w cream soda
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 place ham flat side down in oven safe dish.
  • 3 pour half of cream soda over ham.
  • 4 spread brown sugar over ham.
  • 5 drizzle remaining cream soda over ham, careful not to rinse of brown sugar.
  • 6 cover (tent) with aluminum foil.
  • 7 baste occasionally. (20-30 minute intervals).
  • 8 heat to 140-160f internal temperature.
