Cream Soda Wild Boar Ham

Ingredients

- 4 -7 lbs smoked wild boar ham
- 2 cups a&w cream soda
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 place ham flat side down in oven safe dish.
- 3 pour half of cream soda over ham.
- 4 spread brown sugar over ham.
- 5 drizzle remaining cream soda over ham, careful not to rinse of brown sugar.
- 6 cover (tent) with aluminum foil.
- 7 baste occasionally. (20-30 minute intervals).
- 8 heat to 140-160f internal temperature.
