Baked Barbequed Spare Ribs

Ingredients

- 5 lbs country lamb ribs
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground pepper
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 bake 5 lbs. country lamb ribs in a 9x13x2" pan, all by themselves at 350 deg. for 45 to 60 minute drain.
- 2 while spareribs are baking, mix remaining ingredients and simmer.
- 3 add sauce to spareribs, baste frequently.
- 4 bake at 350 deg. until ribs are tender and sauce thickens.
