Glazed Bacon

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb thick sliced bacon
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees.
• 2 line cookie sheet with parchment paper to keep from sticking.
• 3 combine flour, sugar and pepper in a gallon plastic bag.
• 4 put one bacon slice at a time in bag and shake to coat well.
• 5 place bacon on the cookie sheet so they are not touching each other.
• 6 bake for 30-40 minutes at 300 degrees.
• 7 drain on paper towels.
