Garlic Herb Roasted Lamb

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs roast lamb
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh sage
  • 2 teaspoons minced rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450°f
  • 2 pat lamb dry with paper towel and place in shallow roasting pan.
  • 3 in a small bowl mix all the ingredients together and rub all over the lamb.
