Ginger Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup cooked turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 finely chop the turkey.
  • 2 chop the apple .
  • 3 reserve a teaspoon of the orange juice. mix the rest of the juice with the apples.
  • 4 mince the celery.
  • 5 combine the turkey,apples,celery,and nuts.
  • 6 in a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ginger,and juice.
  • 7 add the mayonnaise mixture to the turkey mixture. refrigerate.
