Ginger Turkey Salad

Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked turkey breast
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 finely chop the turkey.
- 2 chop the apple .
- 3 reserve a teaspoon of the orange juice. mix the rest of the juice with the apples.
- 4 mince the celery.
- 5 combine the turkey,apples,celery,and nuts.
- 6 in a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ginger,and juice.
- 7 add the mayonnaise mixture to the turkey mixture. refrigerate.
