Deviled Steak Crepes

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 -1 1/2 lb beef round steak
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 10 -12 crepes

Recipe

  • 1 cut meat into thin strips, coat with flour. in skillet, brown meat, onion, garlic in hot oil.
  • 2 stir in water, tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • 3 cover and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until meat is tender.
  • 4 fill warm crepes with meat mixture; fold over and serve immediately.
  • 5 makes 10 to 12 crepes.
