Deviled Steak Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 -1 1/2 lb beef round steak
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 10 -12 crepes
Recipe
- 1 cut meat into thin strips, coat with flour. in skillet, brown meat, onion, garlic in hot oil.
- 2 stir in water, tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.
- 3 cover and simmer for 45 to 50 minutes, or until meat is tender.
- 4 fill warm crepes with meat mixture; fold over and serve immediately.
- 5 makes 10 to 12 crepes.
