Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs lamb loin
- 1 cup uncooked dry beans (i use pinto)
- 1 -2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 wash and sort beans.
- 2 soak beans overnight.
- 3 drain soaking liquid.
- 4 place all ingredients in large pan.
- 5 cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook 4-6 hours or until meat falls apart and is tender.
