Gingeradish

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 1/2 lb of washed chunked unpeeled baby gingerroot (more pungent)
  • vinegar, to cover

Recipe

  • 1 toss into blender/food processor.
  • 2 cover with vinegar.
  • 3 throw switch for 2/3 minutes (till you have achieved horseraddish consistency).
  • 4 will last 1 year if stored in glass covered jar and topped off with vinegar (in fridge).
  • 5 use with any meat,fish,poultry as condiment or marinade.
  • 6 it's a digestive aid too.
  • 7 regular gingeroot can be used.
  • 8 can color with 3 cranberries.
