Ingredients

- 1/2 lb of washed chunked unpeeled baby gingerroot (more pungent)
- vinegar, to cover
Recipe
- 1 toss into blender/food processor.
- 2 cover with vinegar.
- 3 throw switch for 2/3 minutes (till you have achieved horseraddish consistency).
- 4 will last 1 year if stored in glass covered jar and topped off with vinegar (in fridge).
- 5 use with any meat,fish,poultry as condiment or marinade.
- 6 it's a digestive aid too.
- 7 regular gingeroot can be used.
- 8 can color with 3 cranberries.
