Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs lamb loin
- 1 onion
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 bay leaves
- black pepper
- crushed red hot pepper
- salt
Recipe
- 1 1. cut meat in cubes 1/2 to 1".
- 2 2. put in a pot along with the water, oil, bay leaf, red and black peper.
- 3 3. cook till water is gone (check for tenderness if not soft add more water).
- 4 4. when water is gone, stir for 5 min and add wine.
- 5 5. when the wine is evaporated, add onions and stirr till golden.
- 6 6. serve hot with greens!
- 7 7. merlot at 18 deg c!
