Ginger Rum Lamb Roast

- 4 -5 lbs bone-in lamb roast
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dark rum or 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
