Ginger Rum Lamb Roast

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 -5 lbs bone-in lamb roast
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark rum or 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
