Easy Spaghetti

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (1 lb) box spaghetti
- 1 (24 ounce) bottle prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- olive oil
- crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef in large skillet, drain oil.
- 2 add prego sauce to meat, stir.
- 3 add a drizzle of olive oil (i usually just make an "s" shape on top of the sauce and leave it at that).
- 4 add the sugar, and sprinkle in some crushed red pepper (to taste).
- 5 stir and heat on low so it doesn't splatter everywhere.
- 6 salt & pepper to taste.
- 7 prepare the spaghetti as indicated on box. remember add noodles at rolling boil for at least 9-10 minutes for "done" noodles.
- 8 drain in collander. do not rinse.
- 9 add noodles to a plate and top with sauce, and parmesan cheese, or shredded medium cheddar on top!
- 10 enjoy. leave comments for easy spaghetti!
