Diane's Famous "seafood In A Loaf " Dip

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 (4 ounce) can drained shrimp
- 1 (4 ounce) can drained crabmeat
- 2 loaves french bread
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix first 6 ingredients until combined.
- 2 gently mix in crab and shrimp.
- 3 stuff mixture into a hollowed out loaf and top with the parmesan cheese.
- 4 wrap the loaf in foil leaving the top exposed.
- 5 bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 6 cut up the second loaf of bread, as well as the inside of the first loaf and use for dipping.
