Devilled Sausages

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 8 sausages
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f/mark 4. spread english mustard over rashers of streaky bacon. wrap the bacon around sausages, place on a baking tray and cook in oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  • 2 meanwhile, mix tomato ketchup with english mustard and worcestershire sauce to make a devilled dip. serve with chips or potato wedges.
